Step 2 Payment

Using "Inquiry Now"

A. Download and print the proforma invoice delivered to your email or My page.
B. Proceed to your local bank to make payment via Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer). Once payment is made, email or WhatsApp a copy of the bank receipt to info@tocojapan.com, or WhatsApp +81 90 5762 8702 / +81 90 2259 7799.

Your vehicle will remain under negotiation until payment is made.

Step 3 Shipment

A. Once your payment is confirmed, we will proceed with booking the shipment for your vehicle.
B. After confirming your shipping booking, we send you the shipping schedule for your order.
C. We send you a copy of the vehicle export certificate and a draft of the Bill of Lading (B/L) before the ship departs from Japan.

It will be useful for organising your customs clearance documents.

Once the vehicle is shipped, we send you the original documents required for customs clearance via EMS or DHL Express:

* Contact your customs clearance agent for guidance — you need to clear your car before importing it.
